ANDREW'S JOURNEY

Andrew is a Life, Fitness, and Wellness Coach whose personal transformation journey began while on a four-month meditation retreat at Shambhala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado.

After setting realistic goals and expectations for himself, Andrew transformed from a 295 pound overweight man who was disconnected from his authentic self into a 173 pound competitive natural bodybuilder... In less than 18 months! Through his journey, Andrew learned that in order to create a breakthrough in his physical body and life he needed to begin with a new mindset.

Andrew is a graduate of Wright State University and has over 10 years of behavior change experience working with a diverse base of clientele. He takes a holistic approach to weight loss and behavior change with an emphasis on Neuro Linguistic Programming.

FITNESS

Everything begins with a vision. I started my journey by cutting out a picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger competing in the 1976 Mr. Olympia. I held this vision in my mind and used it as a bullseye throughout my journey.

Workout programs are tailor made to make you look EXACTLY how you want to look, so you can step into the gym with confidence!!!

NUTRITION

I will teach you a system known as flexible dieting that enables you to EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT in moderation throughout the day.

By giving the mind something to look forward to each day as a reward, nutrition will seem unimaginably easy as you will no longer feel hungry and restricted thinking about all of the foods you cannot have.

MINDSET

Information is not power. Action is power!!!

Developing the mindset of a champion is what gets people to follow through.  

During each of your one-on-one coaching sessions, you will be given weekly assignments to contemplate and actionable steps to follow through on to keep you focused and accountable!!!
